ATM Devices

We have been one of the leading companies in the industry for the past 25 years. We provide solutions to all financial device connectivity or ATM needs.

What is it?

The CEN/XFS connectivity standard for Windows is the most widespread in the self-service ecosystem. All ATM manufacturers support it, and most multi-vendor applications are developed based on this API.

In addition to many Service Providers for different kinds of devices, we have developed a tool for XFS driver unit testing (XFS Tester), an ATM simulator for self-service application testing (Atmirage) and a middleware that facilitates application development in XFS (Dwide).

Serquo has over two decades of experience providing solutions and services to clients with XFS needs, including device manufacturers, financial institutions and application developers.

Atmirage and Dwide are CEN/XFS-based solutions.

Atmirage

Functional self-service application testing

What is it?

Atmirage is a simulator for ATMs and other self-service machines. In addition to developing applications with no need for a physical ATM/hardware, it allows the user to automate all the tests, generating detailed reports.

Atmirage is a tool that can be used with any application developed in CEN/XFS. Additionally, its simulated devices can be adapted to proprietary interfaces if the client’s application requires doing so.

Atmirage is a tool focused on both end clients who need to test their applications, as well as all companies who develop self-service software.

Atmirage allows to perform manual testing (as if you were at a real ATM), and also automatically  executes previously-defined tests, self-validates results and generates detailed reports on them.

Features

01
Application execution with no need for hardware

02
Self-service model customization, creating as many models as necessary to test the application with the same configuration as the real ones

03
Independent from the operating system the application is running on

04
Can be adapted to any device standard (CEN/XFS, J/XFS, Xpeak) or proprietary solutions

05
Simulation of chip cards with EMV Level 2, importing data from physical cards

06
Precise simulation, defining different behaviors of each device

07
Manual testing and recording tests for automatic execution

08
Automatic test verification based on evidence and configurable check points

09
Generation of test reports, including evidence and results

10
Possibility of connection to external tools and exportation of results

11
Simulation of all devices included in XFS definition, in addition to others outside standard (such as biometric devices)

12
Possibility of adding new device simulators

13
Multi-user tool

Advantages

01
Multi-interface (CEN/XFS, J/XFS, Xpeak, proprietary DLL)

02
Visual model designer

03
Possibility of adding new device simulators

04
Remote key loading using signatures and certificates

05
Simulation at device-level and not host protocol-level, such as some NDC, NDC+ and Diebold 91X simulators

06
Possibility of simulating only some devices and using other real ones for specific tests

07
Integration with external tools

08
Possibility of including host message validation

09
Tests on any kind of self-service application (ATMs, bill payment, information kiosk, bankbook updates, vending and parking-payment machines)

10
Test automation without programming knowledge. Possibility of more complex automation with Java programming

Dwide

Freedom in developing self-service applications

What is it?

DWide is middleware that offers an abstraction of the XFS layer, providing different interfaces (JavaScript, .NET, Java, WebSockets, RESTful). It provides great flexibility in developing self-service applications, with no need to create dependency on other existing frameworks.

Features

01
Independence from XFS’ complexity

02
Application development with freedom to choose the best technology and language

03
No need for developers to have specialized XFS knowledge

04
Complete source code may be acquired
